In the framework of the interdisciplinary conference «Lux in tenebris. Artificial light from antiquity to the present», that took place in the Benaki Museum at Pireos street on the 10th of March 2012, Beforelight designed a light photographic exhibition of their installations in Rotterdam, Thessaloniki and Chania. The aim was to show the ways that artificial lighting can overcome its functional use and become an artistic statement as well as a form of contemporary art.
